Panic In Akwa Ibom Assembly As Owl Is Caught Inside The Chambers Amid Leadership Battle (Photos) 29/Nov/2018, 16:40tori.ng A Facebook user identified as Evelyn Edidiong Udobia, has taken to the social media platform to share some photos and a report how an owl caused panic at the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, adding that the bird was later captured in the legislative chambers. Evelyn shared the photos and wrote: "A Strange Bird(Owl called Nkirikid) found inside the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly Chamber. "Hmmm...This is far way too extreme.
